Projects start at 4 square feet and scale up to 15 feet by 100 feet for large commercial or architectural installations.

Every rug is made to order using natural fibers only - including cotton, wool, silk, and viscose. We do not use synthetic materials.

How does the custom rug process work?

If you need artwork support, we can design or refine custom artwork for you, including up to three rounds of revisions. Design services are billed separately.

 

If you already have final artwork, we can move directly into production. In all cases, production begins only after you approve the final design and dimensions.

 

Step 3: Hand-making and delivery
Once approved, your rug is hand-made by our artisans, finished for real-world use, and prepared for shipment. Typical delivery is 3 to 8 weeks from design approval, with expedited timelines available for select projects.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the rug’s size, weight, and destination. Any applicable shipping fees, tariffs, or handling charges are the responsibility of the client.

Because each rug is made specifically for one client and one space, custom projects are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Where applicable, deposits are non-refundable. Projects under $1,000 require full payment before production begins.
