We design and produce fully custom area rugs and carpet in a wide range of sizes and styles. Projects start at a minimum of 4 square feet and go up to 15 feet by 100 feet for large-scale installations.

We regularly create custom rugs for creative spaces, living rooms, retail establishments, residences, offices, events and collectors. Every piece is made to order using cotton, silk, wool and viscose fibers, with all-natural options and no synthetic materials.

How does the custom rug process work?

We follow a clear, three-step process so your custom rug project stays organized from start to finish.

Step 1 – Project inquiry
You start by submitting a brief project inquiry, sharing your space, approximate size, budget and any inspiration photos or brand guidelines. This helps us understand how the rug will be used and what you want it to achieve.

Step 2 – Design and approval
If you need help with artwork, we can design or edit custom artwork on your behalf. This includes up to three rounds of revisions so the layout, colors and details feel right. Design setup and editing are billed separately at an hourly rate.

If you provide your own artwork and choose not to use our design services, we send the design to production as supplied, treating it as client-approved art. In all cases, we do not begin production until you’ve approved the final design and dimensions in writing.

Step 3 – Hand-making and delivery
Once approved, your rug moves into production. Our team of artisans hand-makes your Signature Custom Rug & Carpet, finishes it for real-world use and prepares it for shipment. Typical delivery time is approximately 6–8 weeks from design approval, and we can accommodate timelines as short as 4 weeks on select projects by request.

Where do you ship your custom rugs?

We ship custom rugs and carpet to clients all around the world. Shipping fees, tariffs and handling charges are the responsibility of the client and are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of the rug.

We use reliable carriers and carefully pack each piece to protect it in transit. For larger projects, freight delivery may be required. Clients are also welcome to arrange their own delivery if they prefer. Please note that signatures may be required upon delivery.

How much do custom rugs cost?

We have a project minimum of $250. Depending on size, materials and complexity, custom rug projects can range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars, with many landing around $1,200.

Final pricing is based on the rug’s dimensions, chosen fibers, weaving style and design complexity, as well as any artwork setup or editing required for your project.

What is your return and refund policy on custom projects?

Because each piece is made specifically for one client and one space, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom projects. Deposits are non-refundable where applicable, and projects valued below 1,000 dollars require full payment with no exceptions.

We carefully confirm your design, size and key details before production. If a rug ever arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from transit, we will repair or replace the rug as appropriate and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

What happens if my custom rug arrives damaged or defective?

In the rare event that your rug arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours to escalate your repair or replacement. This allows us to assess the situation promptly and document any shipping or production issues.

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we will repair or replace the rug as appropriate. Our goal is for your finished rug to match the approved design and arrive in the condition you expect.

How do I care for my custom rug or carpet?

We recommend treating your custom rug as a long-term investment and caring for it accordingly. For everyday upkeep, the rug is vacuum-friendly when used with appropriate settings for the pile and construction.

For spills or marks, we recommend spot or professional cleaning only. Always test any cleaner in an inconspicuous area first to ensure there is no discoloration. To help preserve color and fiber integrity, avoid direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight.

For most projects, we provide mockups and color codes in advance for approval so you can see how the palette and layout will work together before production. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly on screen versus in person.

For color-sensitive projects, repeat orders or large-scale installations, we can offer additional yarn poms or strike-offs so you have extra confidence in the final result.

Do you offer hand carving, different pile heights, or other weaving styles?
